DRAN
ABOUT
Born in Toulouse in 1979, Dran is often referred to as the French Banksy for his satirical and sharp take on contemporary society. Through his drawings, paintings, and stencils, he humorously critiques issues such as overconsumption, censorship, ecology, and freedom of expression. His style, blending comic book influences with street art, combines technical mastery with biting, sometimes disillusioned humor.
Dran chooses to stay out of the media spotlight, letting his art speak for itself. His works, filled with wit and poetry, challenge viewers and invite them to reflect on the world around them. Whether in public spaces or on canvas and paper, his creations have become highly sought after by collectors and urban art enthusiasts alike.
