Du 30 novembre 2017 au 11 janvier 2018, la galerie NextStreet présente un artiste talentueux, Sven TVC.
Sven est un artiste français né en 1988 à Mulhouse. Sa passion du graffiti est née à la suite d'un enchaînement de claques visuelles qu'il prend lors de ses nombreux voyages en train où il observe la multitude de dessins réalisés par les graffeurs sur les rails, les wagons et dans les gares. Après quelques rencontres sur la scène locale, il fait ses premiers pas dans le monde du graffiti.
Sa technique se caractérise par des lettres arrondies, appelée Flop ou Trow-up. Sven se veut lisible du plus grand nombre, et surtout apporter beaucoup de couleurs là ou il passe. Depuis quelques années, Sven se lance dans la toile, travaillant textures, superposition de couches, toujours en gardant ces lettres lisibles et arrondies. Il collabore également avec d’autres artistes pour toujours ramener le graffiti là ou l’on ne l’attend pas, comme sur des sculptures de Laurence Dréano ou David Zeller par exemple.
Il fait partie du collectif TVC et SCHLAGER avec lesquels il organise des expositions, ou des installations.
From the 30th of november to the 11th of january, NextStreet gallery shows a talented artist, Sven TVC.
Sven is a French artist born in 1988 in Mulhouse. His passion for graffiti was born as a result of a sequence of visual slaps that he takes during his many train journeys where he observes the multitude of drawings made by graffiti artists on rails, wagons and in railway stations. After a few encounters on the local scene, he takes his first steps in the world of graffiti.
His technique is characterized by rounded letters, called Flop or Trow-up. Sven wants to be readable of the greatest number, and especially to bring a lot of colors where it passes. For a few years now, Sven has embarked on the web, working with textures and layer layering, always keeping these letters legible and rounded. He also collaborates with other artists to always bring back the graffiti where we do not expect it, like on sculptures of Laurence Dréano or David Zeller for example.
He is part of the collective TVC and SCHLAGER with whom he organizes exhibitions, or installations.
